Anita Felber

Anita Felber has 26 years of professional experience in the field of human resources management, during which she has taken on both operational and strategic tasks for various companies. She acts as a sparring partner and advisor for CEOs and is characterized by in-depth knowledge of labor law and strong negotiating skills in collaboration with works councils and unions. 

Her focus is on optimizing HR functions, particularly in relation to leadership performance, reducing fluctuation and complex compensation systems. She also manages outsourcing projects and specializes in mentoring and coaching executives. 

With her extensive experience in industries such as plant engineering, automotive, metal industry, mechanical engineering and medical technology, she has worked for family businesses, corporations, medium-sized companies and private equity companies in Germany.
