Thomas Ehrenhauser

Thomas Ehrenhauser has 15 years of experience in finance and accounting. He is an experienced interim manager in the area of ​​finance & accounting with various professional positions in different industries. Ehrenhauser's areas of application include positions in accounting, team management and interdisciplinary collaboration in efficiency projects. His expertise extends across various industries, including automotive suppliers, wholesale and retail, services, manufacturing, food and consumer goods, media and healthcare. 

His skills include the organization and implementation of efficiency projects, the implementation of IT system changes in accounting, participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and IFRS, as well as the handling of intercompany and holding accounting tasks. 

His project successes include bridging bottleneck situations in change and crisis situations, optimizing processes with an interdisciplinary approach and overcoming challenges in team management. Ehrenhauser's strengths lie in his willingness to find solutions, his discipline, his didactics and his ability as a communicator with vision.

He has also provided support in bottleneck situations at companies such as Rathgeber GmbH & Co. KG and WEKO Wohnen Unternehmensgruppe, particularly in the area of ​​preparing monthly financial statements and VAT plausibility checks.
