Stefan Bergmann

Stefan Bergmann is a passionate interim manager and consultant who specializes in helping companies in plant engineering, railway technology and rail transport achieve sustainable success. With over 25 years of experience in project business, including in an international context, he is an expert in optimizing organizations and business processes in a multicultural environment. He effectively overcomes barriers between functions, hierarchies and cultures 

His expertise includes production, logistics, supply chain and quality management in international location networks, building organizations, transformation, restructuring, relocating production and implementing ERP and PLM systems such as SAP and Teamcenter. Stefan Bergmann specializes in change management, project management, process optimization, turnaround and digitalization.
