His academic background includes a diploma in engineering with a focus on plastics technology from the Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences. Ralph Pussen has successfully served in various functions including engineering, operations, organization, research & development as well as executive management, general management and board, with a clear focus on business development, change management, consulting, revenue growth and process optimization.
