Michael Pfannenschmid

Michael Pfannenschmid is an experienced sales professional in the field of technical products whose professional path began in 1992. His expertise includes the development, organization and optimization of international business processes, the introduction of new products in Europe, company start-ups and international business development. 

In his role as managing director in medium-sized companies, Pfannenschmid has successfully led international, decentralized teams in complex matrix organizations, focusing in particular on conflict resolution, communication optimization and team development. Pfannenschmid is fluent in four languages: German, English, Dutch and French.

His professional path includes both independent projects in interim management and long-term permanent positions. As a freelancer, he successfully carried out sales and management projects in the metal industry. 

In his permanent positions, he worked for a global company in the field of GPU technology and computer platforms in positions such as Sales Manager, Director of Sales and Sales Director – OEM. Pfannenschmid's academic background includes a diploma in electrical engineering and communications engineering, supplemented by further training in coaching and leadership excellence.
