Dr. Martin Klose is an accomplished finance and controlling expert who has built an impressive career in a variety of industries. With over 12 years of experience in companies backed by private equity investors, he has in-depth knowledge of complex financing situations.
His specialist expertise extends to the chemical, energy, electrical engineering, mechanical and plant engineering industries as well as industrial services. After receiving his doctorate from the Technical University of Kaiserslautern and his business diploma from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, Dr. Klose his career as a banker at Frankfurter Sparkasse.
He then held various positions at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern and the Catholic University of Eichstätt before moving to the private sector. In his professional career, Dr. Klose significant positions in companies such as Mapefin Deutschland GmbH, Mainsite GmbH & Co. KG, Bartec Top Holding GmbH and Elster Holdings S. à r. l. / Ruhrgas Industries GmbH.
His activities included restructuring, refinancing, business modeling, post-merger integration, treasury management and risk management. Most recently, Dr. Klose worked as a professor of business administration at the Ludwigshafen University of Economics and Society, where he made a significant contribution to academic development in controlling. Born on June 19, 1970 in Frankfurt am Main, Dr. Klose is a German citizen, married and father of three children. In addition to his native German, he speaks fluent English and has a good knowledge of French.
