Joachim Höche is an experienced leadership expert with over 25 years of experience, including more than 15 years in leading positions within the automotive industry. In his leadership roles, he has successfully led teams of 80 to 1,600 employees and was responsible for business areas with annual sales between 40 and 300 million euros. His expertise covers key areas such as automotive lighting, plastic injection molding and metal forming.
Höche has proven particularly successful in implementing restructuring, promoting cultural change and increasing operational performance. His practical orientation as an in-house service provider and his “hands-on” mentality have enabled him to successfully manage projects in low-cost locations.
His professional basis is training as a toolmaker, supplemented by qualifications as an industrial foreman in the metal sector.
