Frank Meier

Frank Meier is an experienced interim manager with a focus on change and transformation. With an outstanding track record in international corporate leadership at C-level, he focuses on digital transformation, ESG and post-merger integration. 

Meier leads international teams and is creative in the areas of M&A, sales, marketing and product development. His extensive experience includes business development, change management, post merger integration, project management, turnaround as well as leadership, financial management, due diligence and M&A. He has industry experience in plant engineering, automotive, services, renewable energies, air filtration, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. 

Meier has worked in corporations, medium-sized companies and start-ups, with experience in Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Mexico, Spain, Japan, Switzerland and Austria. He speaks German as a native language, English fluently, French well, Italian fluently and Spanish at a conversational level. He is also a certified Prince2 Program Manager and Six Sigma.
