Dr. Friedrich Mergert

Dr. Friedrich Mergert brings extensive experience from specialist and management positions to support companies in change and turnaround situations. As CFO or commercial managing director, he takes on operational responsibility in the areas of finance, controlling, process design and organizational development. 

With a focus on transparency, lean cost structures and digitalized processes, he creates sustainable success. He also acts as an advisory board and supervisory board, supports companies in their strategic development and acts as a sparring partner for management and the board. Dr. Mergert's activities span various industries, including the construction industry, automotive and health care. 

In self-employed projects, he focused on process optimization in order-to-cash and creditor management in the healthcare sector, on turnaround in the construction industry and on post-merger integration in the automotive industry. With positions in management of group accounting and commercial management as well as CFO positions in the construction industry and in the tram sector, Dr. Mergert has a multi-faceted professional career. 

His education includes a Dr. rer. pole. and a degree in business administration. He has worked successfully in permanent positions and as an interim manager in Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland.
